Policies

One nights lodging required upon making reservation either by cash, credit card, check, or money order. Balance due upon arrival.
Some holidays and special events require minimum nights stay and balance due prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
In the event you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit in full if you notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for holiday and special events). Any reservations made within 7 days prior to arrival require a non-refundable 1-night deposit.

NON-HOLIDAY REFUND POLICY:
IF YOU MUST CANCEL DURING THE NO CANCELLATION PERIOD, AND WE ARE ABLE TO RE-BOOK YOUR ROOM, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND LESS A $25.00 RE-BOOKING FEE. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RE-BOOK YOUR ROOM WE WILL GLADLY CREDIT THE ENTIRE BALANCE TOWARDS A NON-HOLIDAY WEEKDAYS, OR ANY OFF SEASON STAY (EXCEPT HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS).
